The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic Group initiatives through key client relationship management, business development, strategy, people management, leadership, and development, and will also have financial/budget responsibilities.
The requirements for this role are an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree, an RE5, a minimum of 5 years in the Health or Employee Benefits industry, at least 5-7 years in senior management, and preferably a Key Individual.
This role requires the future incumbent to be based in either the Western Cape or KZN.
