Customer Service Advisor Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the movement of goods to customers, ensuring seamless delivery processes, and managing transport costs efficiently.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities: - Liaise with customers for delivery bookings and special instructions.
- Arrange transportation of goods and ensure accurate entry of costs into the CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within logistics operations.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with freight providers to meet KPIs.
- Handle any issues and communicate relevant information to the concerned departments.
- Monitor and review logistics dashboards to meet customer demands effectively.
- Obtain Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and certificates of shipment as required.
- Assist in the return of goods from customers in line with company procedures.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements: - Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Previous experience within a similar position
